I have to say that when I was initially advised that you were going to take over the management of our property, I was a bit hesitant about whether you had the necessary experience to do so. There were a few little hiccups initially because you had to take over without much background knowledge or experience in managing the property. However, having see you develop over the year as you familiarised yourself with our property and got to know me and my expectations from you as a manager, I am very happy to say that you have changed my initial hesitation to keep my business with Harrods to now looking forward to what other initiatives you have to manage and market our property.
We are already pleased with the laminated handouts you made and left at the house, together with the complimentary packs which you organised. It is these little initiatives that you take, which make a huge difference to the experience our guests have.
Thegie and I are very pleased that we stuck it out and gave you the chance to show us that notwithstanding your relative youth and lack of experience, you have the capability to truly take charge and show initiative, drive to excel and commitment to do your best. Above all else, you are a wonderful, courteous and respectful person to deal with. You always are very pleasant, you are patient and listen openly to any complaints which I may have, especially with cleaning, etc.
We have to say, that we have had 2 experienced people managing our property before and never before have we had so many good bookings and someone who goes out of their way to show commitment to wanting to do the very best she can. You always behave very professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times. You are always eager to please and try to find solutions to issues that arise, where your predecessors have never even bothered to try.
We are extremely grateful to you for trying to go above and beyond and are confident that you will continue to successfully manage our property going forward.
